By sending me an e-mail or by a phone call, I will gather some details of your wedding day and your idea for your sweets. I will be sending an approximate pricing information; we will book a consultation. I know how busy and overwhelming planning your wedding can become, so I try to schedule a consultation to suit your busy life.

Consultation

The second step to ordering process is to schedule a consultation/tasting. This consultation will last approximately 1hr in which we will meet, connect and learn more about yourselves and the big day.
Our tasting menu will showcase Dulce Cake Design most popular flavours; the tasting will give you an idea of Gabriela’s cake-making style, which is never too sweet so you can enjoy your cake to the fullest, however you are not limited to those specific flavours, if you request a special flavour there will be a $25 additional charge.
We take every opportunity to bring new and exciting flavours according to seasons and the feeling of being a bit adventurous.
There will be a small non refundable fee to confirm your consultation per couple. This fee will be applied to the cost of your cake if you place your order with us, but due to limited availability, this fee will not be refunded in the event that an appointment is missed and/or cancelled.

The 50% balance remainder is due three weeks prior to your event. We should also know the total amount of guests by then. From here you get to relax and leave everything in my hands. I will be in contact with the venue contact or your wedding planner to coordinate delivery and the cake set-up.
